BERRY/BANANA FLAVOUR

SHOTZ Energy Gel is a conveniently packaged, great tasting carbohydrate gel that is scientifically formulated to provide energy to fuel the brain and working muscles. Each 45g sachet gives 117 cals of energy:

  • Combination of 80% complex carbohydrate and 20% simple carbohydrate for fast, sustained fuel (total 32.7g carbohydrate/sachet)
  • Electrolytes (36mg Sodium and 18mg Potassium per sachet) to aid in energy production and muscle function
  • Vitamins C and E to help protect against tissue damage, reduce soreness and aid in recovery
  • Most effective on an empty stomach
  • Take one sachet 10 minutes before activity to top up energy stores.
  • Take one sachet every 30 - 45 minutes during activity
  • Take one sachet after activity to speed recovery and reduce post-exercise fatigue
